As I explained in my last post. I've been insanely busy lately. So I'll be honest with you. I haven't actually cooked all week. Defrosted and microwaved? Sure. But cooked? Absolutely not. So what I'm sharing with you today is one of my godsends for when I don't feel like making breakfast.

D-Feast Friday: Shortcut

Ah Trader Joes! Almost everything in that place is contaminated with peanuts, to which Caleb is allergic, though not to the 3 you listed. And we were just there this morning. I must go back. :)
ReplyDeleteTrader Joe's is very tricky when you have food allergies. I often find myself wondering how in the world certain things got in contact with shellfish (like brownie mix?!) but when I find things that I can eat, they really are lifesavers when I'm busy. There's nothing wrong with grabbing something "quick" as long as it's quick and healthy!
