...y'all thought I forgot about posting today, didn't ya?
The thing is, I'm up to my eyeballs in studying for finals. The next week and a half is going to be intense, and stressful, and I'm already running purely on green tea and string cheese.
But at the end of it all, I'll get to have my perfect day.
To me, a perfect day isn't anything fancy. A perfect day is when I get to spend time with my boyfriend and my parents and truly be in the moment without thinking about the pile of work I have to do when I get home or the paper that's due a few days later. I can just enjoy their company without having anything distract from our time together.
It's not flashy. It's not even a celebration.
For me the perfect day is one where I can just be content and enjoy being lucky enough to have so much love in my life.
